Managed to book a slot to do my hair for the holidays. Elris attended to me, she was super warm and friendly. Super professional service eventhough she was the only one working. Will definitely come back to engage her services again!

Like the friendly service of the saloon. Despite being short handed, the staff go round helping each other. Hairstylist Kris is very helpful and provides useful hair care tips for me to manage my hair better.

Kris, has been very patient and amazing in my meeting my preferences and requests on the hairstyle and haircut i want. The colour of the hair dye chosen by her is a great pick as well! it was a pleasure to have her as my hairstylist today ? highly recommended!

A lovely salon with clean finishes and yes friendly staff too! went for a wash and ended up with an extra scalp treatment (which i must add i didn’t mind since i had the time) but have to deduct a star for their subtle & yet not subtle enough, effort to hard sell a salon credit package and other treatments to me whilst she was doing my hair. i was honestly rather turned off by that experience. the after assessment of the cut, wash & scalp treatment was average for just above $60. so if that’s an ok price point for a brand salon in the heartlands… go for it!

Today a female stylist (slim one) gave me a very poor haircut, poor handling of tools in terms of comb and shaver which kept knocking onto my head. When I conveyed to her the hairstyle i wanted, she wasn't even interested, she just ask me "number 1 or 2". Then as she tried to cut my sideburns, she pulled the strap of the mask which made me very uncomfortable as well. After the haircut, I asked her to style my hair as I wanted how she will style the hairstyle that she cut. She said it is not possible without a wash. Again, this sounds ridiculous to me but I insisted. Then she took the wax and roughly rubbed it around my hair very unwillingly and there wasn't any proper finish. Next, she roughly use a brush to sweep my face and walked away. My whole face was still filled with hair and it was very obvious. She did not even offer any tissue to wipe off the hair on my face. I held my anger as it was still CNY period. Conclusion: I DO NOT recommend going to this place if you want a decent haircut with a comfortable experience. I will only recommend you going to this place if you have nowhere else to go for a haircut or going to a bald look. Very bad experience.

Have been cutting my hair with the salon manager Jefferson for years. Occasionally try other popular salons in town but always go back to him as he’s super meticulous with cutting and styling my wavy hair. He never hard-sells and only recommends what is needed and best for my budget. Highly recommend him even if you don’t live in the area! ??

This is my first time coming to Myeongdong Branch at Buangkok Square Mall. I did Hair Colouring, Bleach and Haircut. Overall I am super super impressed with the result of my hair and also the services of the people. They are very friendly and they are accommodating with my questions about the services. Totally recommend others to come here. The prices are also more affordable compared to other salons ??

Have been coming here the past 1 year and I love Elris!!! She always knows what I want, knows how to handle my hair and what my face shape suits. Always walking out of the salon happily. Their prices are also pretty reasonable and do not hard sell their products. Their teamwork is also super good which makes the whole place feel like a warm family.
