★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best and trusted Etiquette and Image school and didn't regret my choice of going to Agnes. I've compared many before I set with with her. The company actually does national scale for Image and Wellness for Sport Singapore and MCCY. If govnt can entrust the projects to this company, you can rest assured it never go wrong. They have a physical address, unlike some I enquired, must go service office or come to my home, which I am not comfortable. The fee is reasonable given the trainer's many year experience, overseas clients, and fully-equipped studio at IMM. Go for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've engaged Agnes' VIP Coaching for Etiquette, Deportment, Style and Personal Shopping. What I like about this place is the convenience of my driver dropped me at the carpark. I enjoyed Agnes professional experience and understood my requirements. I've found a teacher that could help me solved my issue when my parents always complained about me not ladylike. I have learnt to select good clothes, quality ones. My hairstyle changed from a new director stylist, thank you for making me look so elegant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the VIP Coaching as I wanted a focused attention from.Agnes. We had an initial discussion on the phone and met in her studio. Her teachings were practical and relatable. I went through posture correction, different colours, had my glasses changed, bought a couple of new shirts and trousers from the added VIP Shopping. I have also joined her fitness classes too. She is motivating and cheerful. I am lighter in weight, look, work and social.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agnes is a wonderful experienced engaging presenter, very easy to listen to. For those social etiquette courses which I have attended at Etiquette & Image International it was just the right mix of theory, practical demonstration and anecdotes.
I had took away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply both personally and professionally at work.
The courses were presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related not only to formal setting but also to events and situations in daily life. Etiquette Proficiency Train-the-Trainer course leaves me with a real feel-good factor. I highly recommend Etiquette & Image International as an introduction learning to the world of Etiquette!
