★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience bought a guess watch last week after coming back home we realised it was not working when we went back they said it needs a new battery which they don't have so they will have to send it to the factor which will take them 3 weeks to just replace the battery.
Also at first while buying we felt the store manager was rude there was a free gift on billing above 100$ which he gave to the ladies who got their billing done before us without asking for any document but when we asked for it he said u need to get your original passport n that the soft copy of it won't work.

He is exceptionally a good cross-seller, I'll never get to leave the store with just one intended product as he offered good tips on styling, equipped with good product knowledge and I definitely trusted his good fashion sense from his great personality being an ambasaddor and representation of Guess.
Thank you Iman for your consistency in making my shopping experience a great one, all the best for your career and I certainly do look forward to purchase from you again.
