★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some very poor service staffs from my observation, they simply hang out in group to chit chat than helping out customers in need, can even heard them laughing loudly among themselves. Am surprise their store ic/supervisor actually allow. A lot of products are expensive because is not OUTLET anymore? Many mediorce shoes priced low is to clear stock. Ask them a question but some staffs reply not sure/dun know, and simply walk away. I find their effort is not even bother to go find out to answer customer question. To be fair only some staffs were nice, but overall experience is just terrible in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ before backward phase2 of CircuitBreaker this store always make us tired (loooong que about 40-50minutes to get in) but then when after ied/hari raya is so comfy to go shopping, so many discount item and not crowd at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were amazed by the long queue to the store not knowing that there was great offer going on. We were approached by Nick while shopping around. Nick was friendly and approachable. He provided great advice and personalised service. We intended to get 1 item but end up with 4. Nick also gave us an express check out payment after we had done shopping. We had very pleasant shopping experience yesterday. Thank you Nick. Nike is fortunate to have such employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post was sometime ago, basically the way the Q and number of pax allowed in the outlet is questionable. It was as if its up to the guy managing the Q to decide. Also the attitude was poor and not empathizing with the fact that we have to q so long just to shop at the messy outlet. We are not beggars, we are customers.
