Same happened to my friend Khushbu who had gone a week back. And then they tried to sell me other packages. They are cheats

Hard sell the package to me every time I visit and even when I say no, they still keep pushing to make me feel very uncomfortable and bring in more people to pressure me. And when I insist no, the next time I visit to use my package and I arrived 10 minutes earlier, the salesperson told me to wait outside and come back again until the appoint time. Bad attitude and service, do not recommend!!
C	Cevian goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a very bad saloon experience ever. The staff there is very rough when handling my hair. I went there for a basic colour, she keep pulling hard when there is hair knot causes a lot of pain. Blow hair very cincai, in the end never put any hair oil for me.

They made sure to let me know what i was to expect and the hair color turned out to be near what i expected. Recieved alot of praises that my hair color was fantastic ! Also shoutout to chris! My hairstylist who always remember my hairstyle and without saying much she will remember how i would like my hair to be cut and my preference of colors.

The customer service officer failed to inform the actual price and choice of colour that we can choose from! Don’t know what’s the point of $68 net price when they charge different price after seeing the hair length and they charge an addition of $70 when I initiated for a different creative colour! Please do not be scammed by their service and stay away from Jean Yip! Wasted my time there!

I have tried the collegen and deep cleaning facial treatment suggested by Chelsea. This treatment shows significant change in my faces as this brighten and makes my skin glow in the first try. Will continue this facial treatment for the next month. Thanks Jean Yip team.

She's sincere in telling me some colours isn't easy to manage and suggest alternatives. Unlike my friend's hairstylist at other salon who is very much disappointed at the colour not lasting even 3 weeks. Recently following her to Tiong Bahru branch, she got another hairstylist Temay not be free to come back for treatment after my colo kind to stay late to finish my treatment beyond working hours. Thank you both working hard @Jean Yip Hairdressing Tiong Bahru Branch. ?????? The results on my hair always praised by friends. Good job, well done. ??????
