I’m customer with Victoria Facelift almost 2 years. The consultant Angeline always provide me excellent service although I’m not regular go for the treatment. Very professional, patient and polite staff! They will take before-treatment photos of ur skin to determine the specific targetted treatment you need for a more effective facial! My consultant Angeline Chiew was not pushy at all, very patient and polite! They even gave me a free care package after the session with toner, cleaner and v-lift as part of their current october promotion! Highly recommend

I tried the opening special that was for 48, which I thought was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and the place was pleasant. However there are a few areas for improvement. First of all, I was asked to pay before receiving the service. I still don’t understand this. After the session, I was advises to purchase 3 sessions for 388 after the session, without given details about what the original price was for a session and how they were different from the 10 session package that was also for 388. I had to seek the information by asking the consultant multiple questions and by browsing through the website. The website also doesn’t have the price details for different treatments. The consultant offered me some deals, which I didn’t appreciate, because I felt that she was trying to make me buy a package on the spot as she kept saying what she offered would only be available today (and then she changed to until the end of this month). She also asked me to make a review on my phone. I think you can improve by having such information more accessible on the website and training your consultants to explain these details rather than trying to sell or making it look like you are offering good deals.

The consultation was not pushy and very professional. She understood how to deal with my skin problem. ??? highly recommended.

Elise was very kind and compassionate to my skin needs. She was understanding and accommodated to my skin sensitivity. She also went above and beyond expectations by doing simple acts of kindness such as adjusting the bed to my comfort level seeing I was uncomfortable.
