I rarely write reviews, but ChubbyBuddy's George (see photos below) has been such a blessing to our lives that I feel compelled to do so. The owners at ChubbyBuddy are the most responsible and ethical I have known, and this I say confidently as we looked at several catteries before. They have consistently exceeded my expectations of a cattery. Some examples below: 1) Have interested to-be owners fill up a detailed questionnaire on their home condition, lifestyle etc. This is to ensure their cats are placed in a suitable family. 2) Provided a detailed owner's manual, with recommendations on medical, diet, toys. Especially helpful for first-time pet owners like us. 3) Ensured that their cats are properly vaccinated, socialized and toilet trained. George is such an affectionate sweetie. 4) Provide advice on whatsapp when we have questions on George. They love all their cats and have a deep conviction to do their best for them, even after they leave the cattery.

We are one of the lucky Owners who get to adopt a ChubbyBuddy kitten. The entire adoption process took more than 2 years from the day we contacted ChubbyBuddy Cats to the day Truffles came home with us. They were meticulous with their screening process for potential Owners to ensure that their kittens go to the right home without compromising their safety and well-being. We have to go through at least 2 rounds of screenings. First through a web submission followed by social meetings. They are a dedicated team who genuinely care for their kittens. They are also ethical, responsible and reliable. As a first time cat Owner, it is a dream to have such a dedicated team supporting us. They are always willing to answer and help us with our queries on Truffles whenever we need it. We couldn't have asked for a greater pet than Truffles. She is gentle, loving and a great companion to our kids.

So thankful to have gotten my cat from Chubbybuddy ? and here’s why.. i liked that Chubbybuddy owners took the effort to do face-to-face meet ups to assess the suitability of the clients and it also allowed buyers the chance to know more about the breeders, breeding/raising litter process, the litter environment and more. The care for their cats do not stop at the point of sale. They provided us with a kitten manual - info on the amount of food they need, type of food, medicine/supplements, type of litter box, recommended vets etc. They set up a group chat so that whenever we have questions, they are just a text away (just last week my cat was vomiting once a day for a few days consecutively. i SOS them on the group chat and their response was so speedy ~5mins! ??) I really admire their work ethics and what they stand for in what they do. I highly recommend anyone who wish to have a cat of their own to consider Chubbybuddy as their first choice.

Highly professional breeder with premium bloodlines. The team is very friendly and nice to deal with. Very happy to get two kittens from ChubbyBuddy. Kittens meet strict standards of British Shorthair and they are well trained. After they arrived at my home, they are well behaved - did not scratch furniture (or people) randomly or make noises in the night. They are great companions.

We got both BSH from ChubbyBuddy and they are the most confident, well mannered and loving companions anyone could ever ask for. (Bonus: They are so comfortable and good with kids!) ?‍⬛?‍⬛ As first time pet owners, we couldn’t be more thankful for both our cats and the level of support we received from the ChubbyBuddy folks even till today. After spending months researching on getting a cat locally, ChubbyBuddy clearly stood out from the rest for a few key reasons: • They truly care for their cats’ well being. This is evident through strict screening of potential owners to ensure their cats are matched to the best homes, and the thorough (not to mention, costly) health screenings all their cats go through before heading to their furever homes. They have policies to cover certain health treatments to ensure none of their cats are denied treatment due to financial inability, and they even offer to take cats back should owners change their minds. Their cats are brought into the world to be loved and cared for till they leave. • They’re not like some shady breeders out there. Their cats live with them and never alone in shops/cages. They are extremely well socialized and will only be sent to their furever homes when they’re at the right age. Kittens are only available selectively, a sign that they don’t intend to breed to match the demand. • They are always there to help. They provided a kitten manual which was so helpful for new owners like ourselves to navigate the life of a new pawrent. Whenever there are issues, they’re just a text message away for advice. We rest easy knowing we are always able to reach out to them for anything regarding our kids. There will always be a debate between buying vs adoption. While we weighed the two options, it was important for our family to be confident about the exact temperament of our cats, and we have no regrets supporting an ethical and responsible cattery like ChubbyBuddy.

We came across ChubbyBuddy Cats back in early 2020 after thorough research and were amazed by the amount of care and effort that goes into their cats. We were looking for a passionate responsible breeder, with a guaranteed healthy cat in a well socialised environment. Needless to say, getting Mochi from ChubbyBuddy was the best decision ever! As a first time pawrent, the experience with the ChubbyBuddy team has been positive since the beginning from getting assimilated with their values to their guidance on taking care of Mochi, and they are always patient with their replies. I know I can always count on the team for any queries relating with Mochi. As the new jewel in the household Mochi has also brought my family much laughter and joy, and he brought us closer as a family as we bond over taking care of and interacting with Mochi. If you're looking for a British Shorthair, we highly recommend ChubbyBuddy Cats.

I want to say a massive thank you to ChubbyBuddy Cats for our wonderful bundle of joy Chao Ta and Pudgy who joined my family last year. I'd recommend ChubbyBuddy Cats because they are experienced and ethical breeders. ChubbyBuddy went above and beyond, not just sending updates of our little ones but till today they are always looking forward to hearing from us, providing tips and guidance whenever possible. It has now been a year since the boys came home and they are full of energy! Thank you once again! It has been a tremendous experience.
