Bought my friend along today at Thomson Plaza. Jae, being my stylist professionally cut and style my hair to my expectation. Kelvin has also won good praises from my friend. I will definitely go back to Jae to help me for my future Hair matters - Shanice

Senior Stylist Jae with his master hands pampered me to the package (Organic colour, haircut & treatment) with such a reasonable price of $188 this morning. I am totally pleased with the end result. Not only Jae, but his colleagues were equally warm & friendly. Will certainly return to Keller again.

Had super long hair after growing it out for my wedding and walked into Keller, where stylist Jae was fortunately available. He did a great job giving me a refreshed shoulder-length look with long layers, exactly what I was looking for but better - without me having to say too much. The experience was also very relaxing and Jae was considerate and friendly. Will be back soon!

Went to Keller to had a hair cut and organic colouring last Sat. Hair stylist Jae was very professional and upon seeing the condition of my frizzy hair, he recommended K-Gloss treatment which I am extremely satisfied with the result. Overall, the whole experience was very pleasant and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to my friends ?

This review is to protest against the management’s poor decisions. i’ve been a fan of some of keller’s hairstylists, and routinely return for monthly trims. I decided that the relationships cultivated and the quality of their services were worth the $8 jump from my previous hairstylists. I also happily stomached the $2 increase in cost over the past year. however, i was outraged to learn that keller management packaged the wash with the cut so that customers now cannot only ask for a cut. adding a mere wash now inflates the price by $8 to cost a total of $28. first of all, i’m not going to spend $28 to trim my hair: the wash is of zero value to me. more importantly, i’m upset that keller has taken away the customer’s power to choose by bundling the wash and cut; hiding the 40% raise in costs behind a frankly worthless wash. some customers like myself are more discerning with the chemicals used on our scalps, which is why i never opt for a wash. a slight increase in prices would be acceptable because some for your stylists are worth it. but bundling the cut and wash is not. i hope keller reverses its decision if not it will lose a loyal customer. (btw, i also overheard two walk-in females who only wanted a trim and were taken aback that they had to get a wash too. one walked out).

Me and my friend visited Keller Hair Studio at Thomson Plaza. (lots of F&B below..) Our soft rebonding were done by Angela n Owen. Both were very talented and paid very good attention to our hair. I will definitely revisit again.. Friends around us gave good compliment on our hairdo. This salon also practice good social distancing measures. Salon chairs are comfortable too especially when you do on long hours treatment.. ? Not forget.. Very convenient to do online booking, price is transparent and not pushy too. Booking n price list can be view from Google Map too.. ??

Tried the $188 promo for organic color, haircut and treatment and it turned out great and value for money. Kelvin is attentive and knows what hairstyle and color fits. He is easy to chat with and did a wonderful job with my hair. Thank you!
