Nice place to stay

Old but decent estate. Hate the lift management system. Security seems lax.

A quaint river facing neighborhood. Mornings are something to look forward to with a breath taking view, if your flat is facing the river.

Good open spaces and view from the Condo's... There is no noise from Traffic etc., here.. Decent connectivity by using a Bus from nearest MRT station

My family have been living here long enough, we have no problem with all the previous MCST that manage our condo. I can only feel and feedback the current new MCST2521 is poorly run(and by Wisely98 Agent). We buy a condo to enjoy life not to be trapped with their house rules games. For domestic disposal arranged by owner, a mere $500 deposit is more than suffice yet this MCST manager (Richard Chong) barked into our unit on Apr'16 to demand my elderly mom to pay to use lift padding at a high price of $53.50. We are disposing only mattress/ divan which are already cushioned. The management did nothing yet we need to pay them with GST! We are to stop the disposal as we are not to use the lift and even the stairs if we do not pay. As i buy online mattress delivery, there is no disposal services thus I am already paying the hougang hdb cleaners to help bring out of the premise. We paid the MCST and carry out the disposal as I am so helpless.. This MCST should not run our estate anymore as no action will be taken even we lodge any complains abt the MCST or the Wisely98. The latest unscrupulous thing this MCST had resorted to (as i had been chasing for my full refund of $553.50 for 2 quarters by now) is just claim they return the $500 deposit to my mailbox so as to evade all the counts of residents unhappiness I quoted and witnesses or heard abt arguments in the estates (i.e delivery of fridge, install gate and replacement aircon all must pay for lift padding on top of $500 deposit, even now they play $100 wheel clamp release to resident's other vehical parking overnight here.) Is this how other condo management work? The resident committe and our Hougang MP had help me to write in for assistance to indicate a short period or less than 10mins usuage of lift to request this refund, all overwrite by this arrogant MCST. Just to share further, my estate neighbour, whom is a guy is much fiercer had manage to get back his refunds when the management collected lift padding fees but did not put up those padding on actual date so he quarrel into the office. This show that this Richong Chong can only bullied us women and now i understand why my neighbour a chinese lady wanted to log a police report that day when she was threaten. We all feel this MCST just want to collect this lift padding fees and they do not care whether use or not. Pls share with me what should I do to get back my full refund as this is non relocation nor renovation, I do not want wish to donate any money to this MCST as I felt I have the rights to use the lift or stairs if I'd responsibly arranged my disposal in properly ways and disposing outside of the condo. Till date there is no notice of disposal arrangement put up by the MCST, must we keep till CNY then can dispose? l'd paid qtly conservancy fees of $800+ yet no disposal assistance still want to demand lift padding fees with GST charges. It's okay we can always arrange ourself and paid the outside hdb cleaner some $30 as after office hours tasks, it is even free disposal if one stays in HDB estate...

Please avoid Buying unit at BLK 35A. Many insane people staying at this block and nasty neighbor using security guards as revenge tools
