★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to live in, large spaces between blocks, not crammed at all. Clean swimming pools. Only question i have, with that much space to provide, security guards do not allow kids to play nerf. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxuries place. Everything is there in one place. Price per unit might expensive but the residence very childish fussy pots. They will or just complain at small petty things. Its a disease in there. They behave small childrens in school.
Management will blindly follow or listen to all this petty complaints. Whoever intend to stay here. Better think many times. You will get the disease here. There are many more better condos or apartments than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy staying here for the last one year. It is a great place for young couple to bring up your kiddo with calm and safe environment. The condo offers decent facilities for your kiddos to be entertained, they can play and have fun with other kids. The serangoon river and park connector are just next to the condo give you an amazing feeling (as you are not in singapore) and make you closer to a healthy lifestyle.

Congrats on being the most irritating resident in Rio Vista. I've reported your cries and noise to the management as you are brainless in cooperating. I'll keep this review here until you stop being a nuisence of an animal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the right block, you can view the firework on National day. The NTUC is just less 5 mins walk away. In the evening or early morning, scroll along the serangoon reservoir is the best relaxation activity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very family friendly condo with nice big pools and a nice playground for kids to run about. The houses here are big and spacious. Those on the higher floors are also very windy.
Quite a number of units are facing the serangoon river and provides an unblocked greenery view. There are some units that are facing the Rio Casa HUDC. Expect lots of construction noise in the next few years as Rio Casa is taken down and a new high rise condominium will take its place.
