★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only plus point about this project is its easy access to CBD. Almost everything else about it is disastrous. Project is poorly designed and developed, dispute between main contractor and developer are causing a lot inconveniences to the owner. Badly designed units, rodent infestation, flooding, badly designed rubbish refute etc....These are just some of the issues..... If given a choice again, I would not have choose this project and the only plus point is negated by all the negative points

Couldn't have a peaceful night of sleep coz so noisy (appartment facing traffic lights at main road intersection).
-At night (whole night) had heavy trucks and excessively sound-tuned noisy motocycle that stopped at the traffic lights... And yes, when their engines start again when the lights become green, the sound made would definitely make you get a heart attack from your sleep each time (and this multiple times over the night)
Personal opinion: feels that the roof-top balcony glass panel is (dangerously) low...
On the good side, location offers a lot of nearby nice place to eat (like old airport road food centre), bus stop to CBD is just in opposite of the condo, mrt (mountbatten, dakota, Aljunied) are about 10mins walk. Pool is kinda long but shallow and small, but quiet and nice: view from inside the pool is very nice and peaceful.. also have small gym at the rooftop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - takes about 10-15 min to get to the CBD by bus and located within walking distance to 2 MRT stations. Lots of food options nearby too. Rooftop pool has a pretty nice view - enjoyed watching the fireworks from the pool during the national day celebrations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location to direct access CBD area (e.g Raffles Place, Bugis, Orchard, etc.) & next to Stadium and Sport Hub. Easy access to amenities (e.g. Old Airport Road Hawker Centre, etc.).
