โ โ โ โ โ Wanted to get a normal hair trim for long hair, instead the hairstylist Chris gave a really bad cut, too much layers on my hair (rebonded texture) that it let to many flyaways, it took away most of the body volume and my overall hair looks terribly thin! He did not even ask before proceeding to cut my fringe terribly short and even took parts of my hair to add to the fringe. RESULT IS HORRENDOUS. I will NEVER let this stylist touch my hair EVER again. Really lousy skills and knowledge in hair cutting for rebonded hair!!!

โ โ โ โ โ TDLR, Always had wonderful experience with Ann, but not this time with Andy.
Ann was not available so Andy took over my haircut, the cut at the back was uneven and terrible. and he didn't even take the effort to ensure the haircut smoothen out. I recall showing him a video of a two block cut, but I got myself a small cute 90s mullet tail at the end of the cut.
To make matters worst, he was rough during the process of cutting my hair, exerting unnecessary pressure against my head.
Andy, if you are angry, or upset. please do not vent your anger on your customers head. thanks to you I will have to self fix my hair. will not recommend unless you have plenty of hair to lose. THANKS!
