I tested positive on my own ART test kit and went to their Jurong West outlet but however when the nurse did the test, it did not do a proper test and shows negative. Today i did my own ART test, it still reflect positive. This is very unprofessional and your nurse seems not willing to do their job.

One star rating is an overstatement. If system allows, I wanted to give a minus. I visited Dr. Chen De Quan when I was very sick. He was not able to diagnose and just brushed off my symptoms. When I revisited him, he turned verbally abusive. He was disrespectful to a sick patient and his conduct was not what I expect and deserve from a doctor.

Be careful if you visit them on Saturdays. It may be the weekends, many clinics are closed, and they can be overcrowded. In any case, they should be more professional and responsible. Took a ART test as I knew I was Covid+, however the clinic screwed up somehow (threw away the ART kit - which is alright but insisted they had keyed into the system) and no notification came through from MOH. Clinic only re-entered the records on Monday. So if you are visiting them on a weekend, double check everything thoroughly before you leave because you can never get them on a phone call. Otherwise, just be very careful about visiting this clinic because you would just be wasting your time (weekend) and money (even tho it’s subsidised). You might be better off waiting till Monday at a more responsible clinic.

My mum who was on wheelchair suppose to have booster jab appointment on 29/4/22 at 6.30pm make 3 months ago on 29/1/22 immediately after the 3rd sinopharm jab.Clinic was closed and no staff in the clinic even border to inform that the locum on duty that evening is on MC. Very irresponsible of the clinic not to notify patients when the clinic is not intending to open for business.Bring a 85yr old mum on wheelchair to clinic is tedious enough and the clinic irresponsible action of not informing patient that it’s not going to open for business make it worse. There was a staff inside the clinic when 4-5 patients kept knocking on the door waiting outside just to get a reply from staff that she was inform to just clean the clean and nothing was updated to her about appointment patients coming. No service recovery from clinic but only receive a sms notifying that the appointment is change to the following Saturday evening. If the sms can be send after we ask for explanation why can’t the clinic inform that there is no dr on that evening? Just a advice to public to consider avoiding this clinic if you were to bring wheelchair bond patients there.

(long review ahead) bad experience at this clinic for my friend and i. a while back on a weekend, we came over for the first dose of our HPV vaccine. the receptionist advised us to take gardasil 9 ($600+) as it is the more popular choice, and that it is claimable through medisave, hence we proceeded. initially, the staff even told us that we can only proceed with the claim after we've completed the full three doses. however she seemed to have the wrong info at that point of time, and we did appreciate the fact that she called my friend to clarify that we can proceed with the claim any time that we wish to. last monday, when we came back for our second dose, we asked a different staff about the claim and, to our dismay, she said that gardasil 9 isn't claimable and has never been! we told her that her colleague told us otherwise, and her reply was it was probably a miscommunication (it wasn't), and the only thing they could do is to offer us their sincere apology. we did not manage to take our dose on that day either as the sign at the counter stated there was no doctor available. today, on saturday, we went for our second dose. after handing us the receipt, a different staff told us that we can claim the full amount after we completed our third dose. confused, we pointed out that so far, all of the staff has been telling us different stories. that staff then told us that the staff who told us that the vaccine wasn't claimable was a full time staff, hence that information would be more reliable. if she said the vaccine isn't claimable, then that should be the case. so ultimately my question is, why are both part time and full time staff feeding patients with different information? why is the intended information not portrayed accurately to part time staff? did the part time staff even go through proper training and guidelines? so does it mean that patients will have to visit the clinic on a weekday for more reliable information? that should not be the case. it was very misleading as we decided to take gardasil 9 because we were told that it was claimable through medisave. $600 is not a small amount for us! we would really like to have our money back.

5 stars for their unprofessionalism. My dad self tested ART show Covid positive result. He then went to this clinic, the "professionals" tested for him and the result was negative. He then self tested yesterday and the result was positive. See the picture below. How can they make such mistakes? I thought it was just negligence in this case, but after reading the reviews, turns out their unprofessionalism is the norm. Their license should be revoked. Stop causing harm to your patients.

Would have given 0 stars if google review allows it. My dad and I had symptoms associated with COVID and went there on 5 Feb 2022, and were dispensed with two expired bottles of cough medication. They were expired in Nov 2021. THREE MONTHS! See attached photos and be especially careful if you still choose to visit this clinic. By the way, don't expect any of their staff to pick up their clinic phone, 65660257, an automated reply will always ask you for an access pin even if it gets through. In reality, I called the phone while I was waiting by the front desk of the clinic, I don't hear any ring tone at all. I think many patients who have visited the clinic would be able to attest to it. The attitude from their counter staff are mixed, some are good, some are bad, and others are just deplorable to sick patients. Lastly, my records with MOH for COVID are all messed up now, because the clinic supposedly has some 'glitch' or 'difficulties' with my submission. Till date, 10 Feb 2022, they have not sorted out with MOH. I don't expect they would sort it out and notify me anyway. I will do it myself after I have recovered. To anyone who choose to visit this clinic, be prepared for poor service, be careful of expired medication, and be prepared to handle more 'paperwork' by yourself if you like to set your medical records right.
