He did his best to fit into our challenging schedule. 7 men came today & completed the job in less than a day. There were 2 small issues during installation & Elvin reacted immediately. Installers were very kind to replace & did it happily. They were a cheerful lot. Congratulations Elvin. Father 2nd time round. And you still respond to our whatsapp almost immediately. Without doubt Bosses will value staff like you!

It was addictive …… initially, it was simply wanting to change flooring for 3 bedrooms but ends up doing for walkway, kitchen’s flooring, wall in master bedroom and wall along the stairway. This company, Evorich Manufacturing provide good quality of goods and their services are excellent and irresistible – as you can see in attached photos. They have a showroom located at T-Space (opposite Ikea Tampines) They has a big group of friendly sales team serving you, and we are lucky to have this friendly and professional young man, Brandon Lee (HP 8292 9593) to serve us. It was a great pleasure working with Brandon and I am thankful for his attitude – it educts innovative thinking. He have the capacity to translate the price into savings for his customers. He will come to the site each time when the project starts. I would like to thank him for the quality of service provided and sincerely appreciate his efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability he have demonstrated on each project, and wishing him all the best and good lucks.

Chanced upon Evorich and was extremely excited. Was initially impressed by the HERF flooring and the service provided by Glenn, and decided to schedule an appointment to visit my house on 30/6, 730pm. Sent him multiple messages to remind him of the appointment, but there was no response. Called him at 730pm, only to have him say that he’s having his dinner and he’ll come over. Perfectly understandable. However, he sent us a message at 8 that he’ll reach at 815-820pm due to a jam. At 820pm he then texted us that he had mixed up our names with another customer for the appointment, and requested to reschedule. What kind of reasoning is that? Our family rushed down and rescheduled our appointments to have him view our house, only to have him reschedule. Terribly unprofessional and irresponsible. How does someone working in the interior design industry for 10+ years provide such service? If you cant even differentiate your customers, how can we expect you to do anything properly? Worse experience. Was wowed by the product but sadly, we’ll not be engaging Evorich anymore. Use at your own risk.

Usually I will only leave review if it's bad but Elvin from Tspace Evorich really impressed me more than enough to make me leave a very positive review I met Elvin when I walked into the Tspace showroom. As there is a few flooring specialist there, I was checking out prices and different type of flooring. Elvin impressed me not just only with his product knowledge at the showroom. He helped me a lot with planning on my timeline as my renovation was hammered with delays after delays. I still remembered he told me "don't worry, I will plan for you" True to that, everything was executed nicely. Work was installed by workman Mr Lee. Initially we have a little disagreement with the installer, Elvin first response was to call me and reassure me that all will be good. Unlike others who will just ask me to accept what it is, Elvin ask his installer to redo to my satisfaction. His installer is very good and they managed to get it done to my satisfaction and will only leave when I am 101% happy. I felt so bad as Elvin was actually on leave but he make sure that things are all done and good. Evorich boss. If you are reading this, please make sure that you give Elvin a good bonus. His attitude and service is easily one of the best I have encountered so far on my renovation journey. Btw, his mobile is 85007924. For fellow owners doing renovation, do speak to him if you have any flooring needs. Be impressed by him! I will definitely keep his number in my mobile for sure and will recommend him highly for all my friends.

Brandon (82929593) attended to us when we walked into the showroom to find out more about their herringbone vinyl. He was knowledgeable and explained all the different materials and their pros and cons in detail. He was very hands-on and dropped by the house a couple of times to check in on the installation and workmanship and even offered additional useful advice on our renovation! He is always responsive and update us regularly on the progress of the shipment of materials and installation. Would definitely recommend him as the go-to person for Evorich flooring!

Derry is an excellent staff. He delivers beyond the expected. His patience, prompt and advice were much appreciated through my first home. Derry is very clear in his explanation and is readily available when I'm in doubt. I was truly impressed with the finishing of my home. He tries his best to fulfil his customer's needs and I am beyond grateful with the prompt completion. I look forward to working with Derry in the future for my next home journey :)
