Everything is so perfect, from the first time we stepped into the shop till after sales service. Jayden never fails to provide BEST service even though how small the project it. I went to more than 5 different companies but his service outstands the rest. Patience and explained all the details we required. We engage him again for our parents house with no regrets. The flooring was done beautifully. Thanks to Chloe too.

Edwin is a great salesperson and was really patient with answering all my questions. When he came down, after taking a look at my naturally dim room, he gave me some really good suggestions, he also brought down samples of some of the flooring I was interested in when I mentioned I did not feel like travelling down to the show room with the current situation. We did my bedroom as well as the kitchen floors. The installation was fast and painless and Edwin came down to check when the worker found that my bedroom door did not clear by that little bit. The worker was nice enough to shave off a tiny bit of the door for me so that I did not have to pay to have the door person come down to do it. He also removed the skirting in my room as mine were old and nasty. There were some pretty large holes but the worker sealed with silicon to the edge so the painter just had to fill in the holes the next day. Having lived with it for about three weeks, I would say the quality of the floors are not bad, had a bit of getting used to as it was not the same type of feel as the parquet that I had previously, but overall I am loving it! The kitchen one is over tiles, there was an uneven tile that was higher then the rest, Edwin say that maybe in that part there might be a little bump that may be seen or felt, so the kitchen had a bit of the hollow sounding sound at first but that has settled and the bump is not there unless we walk directly over it in a certain way. Also the area that we stopped the flooring was before the washing bay, and it was done very neatly so it is great! So one has tripped yet! I highly recommend them as their price is fair compared to some others I enquired.

Shoutout to Chloe and The Floor Emporium. Chloe was really amazing. 5 star service since the day we stepped in the office till the day the installation is completed. Such a honest and easy going sales person i have ever met in my life. Never fail to answer our questions when we're in doubt. Always goes the extra mile to satisfy us. Not to forget, the installer that was assigned to overlay our unit. His workmanship is definately perfect. Very precise. Work done was very fast and hassle free. Overall, price paid was definately worth it. Loving the new outlook and feel of our floor. Super satisfied. The most important thing is my wife is very happy with the result. our floors were in such good hands, from the picking of colours to installation. Chloe was very helpful every step of the way. she even gone out of her zone to help us to arrange and settle some issues with our ID. I cannot describe how satisfied and happy to have her as one of our contractor. very happy with her suggestions if colours too to match the house theme. 100% recommend !!
