The entire process from quotation to installation was hassle free.
Even though I only required a simple service and cost a small amount, vendor was extremely patient with my multiple queries, and replied promptly throughout.
They are also very professional and can be trusted to deliver a good job.
Highly recommended! Will def consider them for my future jobs.

β β β β β We were looking for a windows company to change all the windows at our apartment. Having met Shawn (who was very pleasant and friendly) and seen their products at their office, we asked for a quote. After an informal quote via whatsapp, we then arranged for a site visit to take proper measurements. (BTW, I also recommended them to my neighbour who also had her windows measured on the same day) After that visit, we never heard from the company again. I called to remind Shawn twice, both times he apologised and said he'd get back to me. From then on, subsequent calls were all ignored - no pickup. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with this company, especially when we thought we liked both the product and Shawn. Ultimately, they are too unprofessional to work with.
