w	wy Dou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 强烈不推荐这家诊所，有其他选择就不要来这家店来这家诊所做行前检测，收费高就算了，但是没有在约定的时间把检测报告发过来，电话永远不接，只好跑去诊所当面要检测报告 Strongly do not recommend this clinic, don't come here if you have other options I came to this clinic for a pre-trip test, even if the fee was high, but I didn't send the test report at the appointed time, and the phone was never answered, so I had to go to the clinic to ask for the test report in person.

D	Danny Mak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite unorganized. There is no queueing system. You have no idea once you walk in as there are people waiting around and no one guide you to register. The registration table are full of randomly walk up people. No one is telling you where to go. Would suggest a queuing system. The screen order also seems random as the stacked files as a way of queuing but nurse pick them up and rearrange them from time to time. The positive is that the examination staff is polite and nice. The checking process is professional and their explaination on the medical condition is great

Receptionists were acting impatient and impolite when I checked about waiting time. Unpleasant experience, but the medical staff were nice.

By 10am, we walked out after waiting with no sense of when our turn would come, despite asking a few times. The place is completely disorganised, no queue system and no systematic operational flow. Their in-house queue system is dependent on individual nurse fiddling with clients’ files put in one cubicle, and reading through them to see who is next. The last straw came when a lady who registered at around 9am got her turn first. Don’t waste your time and money there.

My feedback below for the rating given: 1) Picked the earliest appointment and received notification to arrive 15mins prior to appointment. However the Center was no ready to open with Receiption staff seen chitchatting with no masks on. Doors opened 2-3 mins late. 2) No queue system and disorderly with early comers converged at the counter. No indication of what’s the next test to be done and had to ask repeatedly where to go next. 3) Breakfast provided was decent but not as good as non PKWY Centers. 4) No follow up calls on test results and had to call hotline. Called hotline several times before getting a callback from Gleneagles Center. Overall not a satisfactory experience with PKWY Gleneagles Center. May not consider for next appointment.
J	JustTheRegular Human on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommend!! The overall experience was bad. Appointment at 8:30am till 10am i got my blood test. Then waited and waited, till 10:45am i was only offered my breakfast (food was terrible). Whole check took me 4 hours. I was told 10 working days my results would be posted directly. However, waited for 10 days, nothing came. Called them, they said normally 14 working days. Waited a few days more, radiology results came digitally but not all results! After 3 weeks, still no outcome!!! Do they know people are anxious to get results? Can they be better communicating and accountable for what they said?
