My arm was tremendously swollen and in pain after the blood draw, to the extent that the consulting doctor prescribed free anti inflammatory and creams to reduce the swelling. Numerous calls only lead to assurances that I will be called back with no action taken. I’ve complained to Cigna

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite everyone else including Dr. Sheela Nair was nice, this other Chinese doctor was extremely mean and weird (forgot his name already). This poker face felt quite superior when he found me being confused about the obscure medical nomenclatures he threw out... like come on, you are the one whos supposed to explain alright? And I could tell all his other colleagues are sick of him too.
