Very rude receptionist (young with short hair), just told me registration is closed and gave me a big cross sign with her hand as if I don’t understand English. They were still 1 hour from closing, totally not understanding.

Very sweet and nice doctor. Dr Shao Sheng very attentive to my needs and always follow up with my condition. Highly recommended clinic to go in the east.

I had a good experience with Dr Goh SS. Consult was fast and professionally administered. Usually I would like to state in a good review that I'll be back but I think in this instance, maybe only back when I get sick. Haha

Friendly and efficient staff from the receptionist to the doctor, made my visit a smooth sailing one. Would definitely return the next time. Thank you FAITH family clinic.

Tested positive on my ART at home and panicked, as any first-timer Covid patient would. PRO TIP: try Calling the clinic to check if there’s a long queue so you won't have to wait too long! I registered almost immediately upon reaching the clinic and only waited 5 mins for the doctor and that was because he had to get ready to see me, a positive patient. Dr Goh Shao Sheng my attending physician was patient, informative, and encouraging. He performed an ART for me and shortly after, I received an email from the clinic regarding the result, which was directly updated with MOH. Super fuss-free so that I could focus on getting the rest I need. Strongly recommend!

Tested positive for COVID-19 & came here to do another antigen rapid test (ART) to confirm. Had to wait about 45 minutes due to a high capacity of patients. Nonetheless, Doctor Goh Shao Sheng was really very friendly & explained to me about the isolation & recovery process as I was really very scared. Glad to see good doctors around!

The nurse at the Marine Parade Branch is horrendous! I tested positive on ART this morning and had symptoms. When I went to register in the morning and asked how long time would be the wait. She told me 2 hours and I have to wait outside. They have only 2 seats outside the clinic and the rest of the patients are standing next to a rubbish bin which is also a smoking area!? I went home and came back again in 2 hours. Once again, she told me to wait another half an hour. So, if I have not asked her at the beginning, I’ll have waited outside for 2.5 hours with fever, a bad sore throat and running nose ? On one hand, the government is telling us to be isolated when we test positive; on the other hand, clinics are telling us to hang out in the public for hours. Anyway, that was the last straw for me and I went to another nearby clinic - Marine Parade Clinic. The nurse was much more sensitive and I was seen by the doctor within 15 mins. So, no more Faith Family Clinic for me even though they are a panelist clinic for my company’s insurance ??‍♀️ I’ll rather pay and claim!

Tested positive for covid and went to Faith Family Clinic for a check up. Dr Goh was the doctor that was in that day. He was gentle and the entire visit went smoothly. The clinic assistants were also very helpful in explaining which medicines were for which symptoms. Would recommend this clinic given the helpful clinic assistants and the patient doctor.
