The service apartment was nice and had all the essentials. Facilities are well maintained. Thank you Ms. Toni and Ms. Whitley. They were friendly, patient, helpful, cheerful and calm handling our requests.

Been at J-Gateway for 18 months. It has been a wonderful experience. Ms Toni has been very responsive with requests and she goes out of her way to attend to requests. Our assigned cleaner TiTin was been beyond excellent. She does her job well and also beyond as times, I appreciate her dedication to her job. Also for the new addition, Arafin. Good job buddy, I am impressed with his dressing, he is always so smart when I see him. ? We needed a temporary place for 3 months as our new home is undergoing renovation. Most agents are not interested once you mention you need a place for less than 12 months. However, the team at Expat Corporate Apartments was able to help to quickly source for a suitable place for us at J Gateway. Toni and Lexi have been extremely efficient and professional with all our queries, requests for assistance etc. Highly recommended.

The unit at J Gateway condo we stayed is a nice, clean and quite place. It is just 2 minutes walk to MRT station and two malls. Toni was a wonderful host representative, she always responded to all inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.

We have stayed in a few different units under Expat Corporate in J Gateway, and all is well maintained, clean and comfortable. All in all, we have an enjoyable stay in J Gateway with Expat Corporate and will recommend their service to anyone needing short term apartment rental in Singapore.

I was visiting my family in Singapore and need a place to stay for very short term. Check with several serviced apartments and co-living companies but none could meet my requirement and some their staff are not helpful at all. I ultimately found Expat Corporate Apartments and talked to Toni Tee. Toni was very helpful and helped me source the accommodation (J Gateway) at the location I requested at very short notice. Very quick turnaround time whenever I have questions. The accommodation is nice and well maintained. It was cleaned and disinfected when I checked in. Well furnished and close to all local amenities. Unfortunately I had to repatriate before expiry of the lease due to unforeseen circumstances and personal reason. The company is very understanding and accommodated to my early termination in view of my difficulties. As a tenant, really appreciate the service and help extended by Toni with quick turnaround time.

Despite the frequent contact with Ms Toni due to our company's unexpected schedule and condition changes, she has always been kind and did her best to help.  Thank you to her, we managed to find a very nice two 3 bedrooms units at J gateway. I will be recommending it to my friends as the best service apartment providing company in Singapore without hesitation.
