Lived here for 4.5 months. Was promised high speed wifi. Internet is awful and sometimes completely broken. Lift was broken for one month. Construction is going on outside and was not forewarned about any construction prior to signing. Lastly, There are large groups of males hanging around who are 'friends of friends' using all the facilities when they are not paying customers. Management will not respond to concerns or maintain any ongoing issues.

Signed a 6 month lease for 1300 all inclusive with them - my worst decision ever. Can’t wait to move out after the 1st month. The construction happens Mon-Sat between 7am-9pm and the noice level is INSANE! Very weak wifi, took 30 seconds to load a single webpage and the management is unresponsive. Overall very bad stay. Would rate it a 0 star if I could!!

Signed a 6 months lease and regretted it on the first night moving in. The construction right outside my room (Block A) starts every morning from 7:30am to 9:30pm. Aside from the noises that won’t allow me to sleep and study peacefully, the poorly designed windows won’t even prevent the dust from coming in. I went to management to request a change of room for the rest of my stay, they said it is not their problem to deal with this as they didn’t know the construction was going to happen. REALLY?

I am one of the new tenant who will moving in soon. Room that i chose looks spacious. You have downstairs laundry room, kitchen, a study lounge, barbeque pit and gym which are shared to all other tenants. Its a total freedom if you have visitors coming. However the Cons are, i am wondering what do the office does when we email them for enquiries? Or calls them? I emailed them twice using their website email address and have not receive any reply for than a week. Tried calling several times to their office but no one answer? Is there anyone working at all?? I doubt it would be difficult to even reply an email within 3 days. You cant expect people to always be available to go to your office. Please improve this service as i do not want to regret my 1-year lease.

Stayed for 3 months. Vacated once the contract was over. Room was alright. Gym and the reading lounge are good, but laundry services and internet are tacky. Usage of kitchen depends on availability and working condition of the equipments. Main issue: (Generally I don't post such stuff, but this particular experience was really bad.) One old lady from the office was pretty arrogant throughout the stay (can't even raise an issue with her as she shouted back all the time. NO POINT FOR REASONING WITH HER -egs: We paid for room services for 3 months which included weekly once cleaning. The last 2 weeks no one came for cleaning and when checked with the staff, they promised to clear it up before vacating the room. But no one showed up till the last day. This lady was pretty adamant that the rooms were given to us cleaned, so we have to clean out the room before handing it back. And when we pointed out the promise from staff, she ignored it and started shouting at us. What's the point. The said lady was the "Customer Engagement rep from Management". Which tenant would want to live in such an abusive environment). Rest of the staff were alright and reasonable (availability was tough though). PLEASE DO TAKE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU SIGN THE AGREEMENT, THERE IS NO TURNING BACK. Make sure to add any sufficient terms to your agreement, prior to doing so.

Very unique and 'special' entrance/ exit construction! It's so dangerous to drive in to the entrance!!! Drivers have to turn in and quickly keep to the right lane??? Very dangerous!!! Almost get into a collision with a bike that was exiting! Why not arrange the usual conventional way of letting the Drivers/ Cyclists to keep to the left while driving/ riding ?

I have been staying here for 1 month. The direction of my room is very good, there is a laundry room, public kitchen, gym facilities downstairs, usually very convenient, management is also suitable for you young and elderly people. It is also close to shopping area i.e boon lay shopping center usually downstairs 241 to boon lay mrt then transfer to 180 to get to the university , which is the student apartment near nanyang technological university. The staff is amazing and very co-operative. There is urban farming in which residents can plant vegetables which is usually for people living at Boon Lay which is quite impressive.

It was a great place because Javier, the Head of Operations is very attentive and prompt when resolving issues i.e., noise pollution caused by other tenants, unstable internet. I am sure his team also deserves the kudos for the effort and cooperation. Javier and his team is the only reason I am giving this place a 4 star rating. As a side note to the management, please do the needful by screening your potential tenants. Your tenants if nothing else, are mostly very rowdy, noisy and inconsiderate ie., slamming doors, fighting/ shouting, stomping floors, and laughing loudly into the wee hours. I do not think this is how you should manage a place like this which you market and advertise it as being β€œco-living”. I have been staying here for 2 years and this is the greatest letdown for me by far. Also, your sales personnel is/are very slow in getting back with responses. I do not believe your sales and information services justify the rate you are putting up at this place with other competitions in the market. If it not were your Operations Team, I would have given this place a 0 star rating because it is not coliving when your tenants are competing to be heard during ungodly hours. The Operations Team has done their best to resolve this but this requires a concerted effort from the management.
