Coustmer service sucks not proficiently at all Never rent car from them esp If u doing for grab

Rented a Toyota Axio 1.5L for 1 day on a weekday and the total charges amounted to $70. Had to do a fuel top-up as it went below the meter. (approx $15) I was careful to check the car and pointed out a few scratches which were present and staff who handed me the vehicle recorded it in the vehicle hiring agreement. Deposit is $300. Compared to Tribecar whose deposit is $100. What shocked me was after I made payment they stamped an agreement that said "Kindly wash and vacuum the car before returning thank you". Needless to say I didn't do that and the service staff told me it wasn't necessary. If it wasn't necessary, i dont appreciate the stamp on the official vehicle hiring agreement? Overall experience was okay but I wasn't looking for a full rental day and would prefer if I could return it earlier and had lesser rent. Thus, in this scenario I'd prefer choosing tribecar.

Reasonable rate and car provided was good. Pickup is convenient, close to Aljunied MRT. Only thing is, they request that you wash and vacuum car before returning. Never have such request from other rental companies..

Old Honda CRV with very bouncy car. car was found unclean before handing over to the customer, also found engine oil minor leaking while driving. Never get prepare while customer arrive to collect the car.

Saw many reviews on this company and decided to give it a try. Picked up a Honda Stream from the Aljunied branch to drive into Malaysia. Overall car condition was good and clean though petrol consumption was abit high. Pricing was acceptable and pick up location is convenient.

Very bad experience - rented an MPV Totota Wish 1.8 kana charge $160 on scratches for 1 day usage on 30/8. Alr with scratches all over the car esp the front & back of bumper & also stated on the agreement that the front right bumper with scratches. Was penalized with the charges on spray job (half of the bumper, seem to include the old scratches) that not caused by me. To alert & head up to all, b&w is not good enough, take as many pics as possible & also not to he alone, good to have someone with u. Will file with CASE on this matter as still deeply felt that the charges is not justifiable. Very expensive lesson being learned.

The rental car was provided through Express Car in Atrix building, 82 Lor 23. At the counter I gave the woman my ID (LTVP) and my Singaporean Drivers license. First thing she said was that they do not rent out cars to tourists. I informed her that I am not a tourist, I have an LTVP. She asked for an employment pass. I informed her I do not have one. I work in Singapore, I have an LTVP and a pre-approved LOC from the government. I dont need an EP. Eventually she called the insurance company and got it approved. She did not appologize. When they gave me the car they knew already that I was going to Malaysia, to JB the next day. They purposfully gave me a car with 1/4 gas tank. They knew that I would have to fill the tank to at least 3/4 full. I informed them that I would use very little gas only going to JB and back. They said it was not their problem and then the guy went on to suggest that I break the law and drive across the border with 1/4 tank and just top up in Malaysia. I am never using this service again!
