★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Extra Space Main Hotline on 31/05/22 at about 1630hrs to request for an urgent storage space at Extra Space Woodlands. The person on duty answered the call and subsequently informed Extra Space Woodlands. Ms Jaimie Phan then called me and gave me assurance that a storage space is available even at the last minute. Ms Jaimie’s friendly as well as kept me calm throughout the process. She also explained to me the various storage space available and recommended me the best storage for my needs. There is no hard selling. I’m impressed with Ms Jaimie’s service and Extra Space should be proud to have such a customer centric employee. Thank you Ms Jaimie and Extra Space Woodlands for accommodating to my last minute storage request, as well as the wonderful service rendered! I’ll definitely recommend this storage to my friends in future. Thank you!

I can't remember who assist me for the opening up of the account.. it was on a Saturday..
Contacted them july 2022.. to terminate and Ray actually help me out, answer all my queries and go through with me what is needed to be done.. I feel secured when I put my belongings in as you need access code to go in to your storage..

Worry less, you can use your own padlock to secure your items. 5 stars to the lady name Jaimie Phan for her good customer service. Soft spoke and a clear explanation.
