Not a positive customer experience getting my gate & digital locks. Nevermind about the 2 months wait from the order date to installation as we were not in hurry to get the gate installed. So we proceed with the order. On the actual day of installation, the gate was not installed properly. Resulting in the digital lock not able to function normally. The root of the issue is an error in the plate direction of the gate, or rather poor workmanship. The issue was eventually solved but left an ugly finish. End of the day, if I paid a full price for my order. I should receive my item in perfect & satisfactory condition. They failed in this aspect. Not worthy to recommend to friends & family.

Went to the showroom and there were a range of digital lock. We were thinking of buying Kaadas and Wendy recommend Hafele digital lock. We emphasised to her that we wanted a digital lock can be open by fingerprint as priority. She then strongly said Hafele has 2 years warranty and 4 PCs entry card , Hafele worked exactly the same with Kaadas. Before we leave, we told her to arrange the installer to instal in the morning and her answer was she has no control in the schedule. Before 2 days on the installing date, they will text us on the time. We received a text that the installer will be on our site from 1-3pm. By 2:35pm, I called HDDOOR and provided her the invoice number, HDDOOR said the technician was on the way. By 3pm, we called HDDOOR and they informed us that they will get the installer to call us. We then received the installer’s call at 3:05pm and he said he was in Bt Timah house. The waiting game continued till 3:30pm, and he commented on my door. The attitude of the installer was unfriendly and unprofessional. He even asked me do you hv the battery for the digital lock. He guided the operation of the digital lock while he drilled a hole onto the door. Can someone hear others talking when he drilled a hole? I have no choice but to look at the instruction menu on how to programs the fingerprint. After 5 times unsuccessful fingerprint, the lock shutdown by itself and you hv to wait to try again. My frustration on this digital lock is that I hv clearly stated that I want a digital lock that can function by fingerprint and it didn’t work according. Wendy asked me to key in PIN number , then why I hv to pay extra to buy fingerprint digital lock. If the installer prepare to be late, he should give a call to customer. No apologies at all and keep criticised that why I didn’t buy HDDOOR? Wendy stated that the installer ONLY LATE for 1/2 hour. Poor customer oriented service. Hafele digital door lock PP8100 was unable to detect fingerprint and keep shutdown after 5 tries, poor recommendation .

HDDoor Chloe was helpful when i requested for early timing installation in shorter period.She kindly arranged it and get back to me promptly.The doors measurement was accurate and drawing was perfect,just like what i requested.Thank youChloe and HDDoor..Nw my house is looking brand new after 20 years!

I'd like to highly recommend Michelle from HDDoor. I've never encounter such outstanding service from any of the service provider before. She deserve this high recognition from my hubby and I. My hubby and I went to visit HDDoor at their Woodland branch and was attended by Michelle in Oct 2021. I didn't write any review earlier on right after my door and gate was installed as I wanted to actually experience after sales service first ?before I can sincerely pen down my review. 6 months have passed and Michelle still answers my Kanchong enquiries regarding the gate and door till today. Good service and follow up by Joyce and Jess, despite my late payment. Great workmanship during installation with precise measurements and inspection. Thanks to that, I am able to keep my old door with all their purchased new gate, electronic locks (door + gate) and door cam equipment, all blended in flawlessly. Sharing a photo of their neat work. For potential customers, I would advise you to check out their product catalogues as their showroom does not display all of their gates. Some of the nicer gates are in the catalogue.

We decided to get from HDdoor our digital locks, glass gate, bedroom doors and toilet doors. Their doors were beautiful. The customer service from Chloe was professional and excellent! She replied promptly to our queries and also provide her assistance to arrange for her installers to assist to fix our door stopper also, good after-sale service.
