β β β β β Came to Extreme Fitness for a bulk up programme as I had difficulty getting results training on my own. The trainers and staff were really professional and diligent in helping me gain the results I wanted. The environment was very conducive and everyone was friendly. Canβt recommend extreme enough really the place to go for total transformation. Whatβs more itβs open 24hrs with no crowds .
