β β β β β Just went with my family and totally agreed with the rest that the tonkatsu ramen is the star of the restaurant. We slurp up all the last drop of soup. Very friendly staffs and highly recommend that you should make a visit there!

β β β β β Affordable, tasty, and with great value for money . Beef ramen was excellent - stout, meaty broth, tender beef, and a cold onsen egg which nicely complemented the warm soup. Noodles had smooth texture, but were somewhat doughy - something I could easily overlook. Definitely returning soon!

β β β β β Chanced upon this place as me and my gf were strolling around to find a new place to eat. Got to say its a pretty unassuming shop but boy their ramen were al dente and the broth was extremely flavourful but wasn't suffeiting. We got the gyu niku ramen and miso ramen and the pork belly is large in portion, moist & well charred. Super affordable and the flavour profile actually reminded me of my time back in Japan. A hidden gem for sure! And we'll be back for more!

β β β β β Had a great experience here at Nakama Ramen, a new stall at Newest!! We ordered the Chicken Karaage Donburi ($6.90), Sliced Beef Donburi ($10.90) and Unagi Donburi ($11.90). They were all really yummy, but notable was the Beef one! The bowl was really flavourful, though it would have been better if the meat wasn't so fatty. More lean meat would have made the dish so much better.Also ordered a side of Chawanmushi which tasted alright. Was a bit sad that they didn't put any ingredients into the steamed egg, like crab meat or chicken, which is why I'm giving them a 4. But for $2, I'm really not complaining.

β β β β β Their ramen has a really rich and flavourful broth, and is served with generous portions of pork. Their pork bowl is also equally delicious and savoury. Would recommend!:)

β β β β β Great tasting ramen. Chewy noodles. Well marinated and torched charsiew! Loved the spicy ramen! Go for level 4 if you're a chilli person. Friendly chef. 10/10 will visit again!

β β β β β A very no-frills shop that serves simple but satisfying ramen. Broth is light, pork was charred but not too tender, eggs were not onsen-style.
My bowl of ramen had 5 char siew slices, naruto, seaweed, and an egg for $11.90
Overall a decent and value for money ramen fix. Not a place to sit for a long as the space is quite uninviting. Would recommend to the owner to perhaps add a bit more warmth and decor to the shop as it looks very clinical and cold at the moment
