β β β β β We are a growing startup and renting EZCO places for almost a year now. This place is known as the "Shaik Shack" tributing to the great Shaik who runs this place! He is very accommodating and creates a great atmosphere. Only thing to complain about are the lifts but that's a problem with the building.

β β β β β Working in the office by EZCO has been a great experience. The space they have provided us at EON Shenton is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea and a lot of natural light. Shaik and his team are efficient at handling requests, and provided us with a full whiteboard wall perfect for brainstorming.

Our business evolves around human relationships and optimizing them hence we chose a workspace that parallels our endeavors. Sheik and his team are energetic, positive, responsive, helpful, available, kind and professional. Sheik and Ezco Workspace are a true pleasure to do business with. The office environment is respectful, clean and courteous and the amenities are fantastic.

β β β β β They were asking for payment instead of allowing for negotiation in putting the subscription on hold even when government had announced working from home is to be the norm.
Place is somewhat under a lack of house-keeping, dusty and stuff.
I rather use the public toilet in the swimming pool area than the one in the office.
I needed help with IT set-up when I was there but the guy in charge wasn't helpful at all and was always late (claim to meet meet 9.30 but strolling in at 9.45).
I also saw other tenants of the place coughing with their masks off, alas.
If you can put up with all these above, Ezco's price-location ratio in the vicinity is probably one the of best.

β β β β β My friend had rented an office with Ezco and I have been there for quite some times. The people and landlord are nice and friendly. Area is neat and cozy. Office with full window which have great view too. Great location. Worth renting and strongly recommended!

β β β β β Fantastic view, great space with indoor and outdoor sitting area, very cozy and spacious. We had our son's 21st birthday and our guest enjoyed its ambiance and comfortable lounge cushions at the veranda. Certainly looking forward to host here again. Thank you Mr Shaik for a wonderful experience.
