β β β β β Exceptional team training at F45 Jurong CBD! Highly recommended for fitness newbies and fitness warriors. The atmosphere ia convivial and welcoming for new members. More importantly, trainers are excellent and nudge each person individually to the right form and to the next level. Its like having personal training in a small group! Changing routines keep it interesting. One week of fitness after more than a year break and i already feel that i am getting better. Looking forward to more.

Hospitality provided is beyond expectation! if you get a chance to speak with the owner you can feel her passion for fitness and her love for people! Highly recommend for those who wish to workout and forge great friendships :)

β β β β β Doing a trial membership here and itβs a spacious clean space thatβs a 10min/less walk from MRT. Great workouts/friendly team/owner. Yamin the instructor is always guiding / paying close attention so itβs almost like having a PT without the $$. I seldom write reviews but having been a member at all the big gyms - I think they deserve a shout out.

This place is not only a gym, itβs a warm community where everyone like a family.
From the owner to the coaches to the trainees. We are all amazing.
Itβs so fun & lively.
The Coaches will never stop guiding us and checking on our techniques. Always push our limits, help us discover our potential and super encouraging.
Honestly Iβve tried many methods and places, but only here in F45, Iβve learnt so much not only abt losing weight but also about getting whatβs right for my overall physique (mentally, physically & emotionally)

β β β β β Initially, I was really hesitant to join F45 because I am not a gym person. After trying out the 2-week trial, I found the trainers to be really friendly and reassuring! They kept a look out for me throughout - ensuring that my poses are right so that I don't injure myself; decreasing the difficulty of the workout; and reminding me to pace myself. Now I am inspired to exercise more!

β β β β β Best decision ever! I am not only seeing results but the people, coaches and community here are like no other. The F45 team has really created and maintained a safe and inclusive place for everyone to workout. I don't feel judged at all - instead they are always so so helpful!

β β β β β Really good experience here, especially for newbies who have no gym experience. The trainers are super nice, friendly and guide through the exercises and equipment. Really friendly community there as well and they're all warm and welcoming. The exercises can be hard but totally worth it! Def coming back here

β β β β β The coaches here are super patient, encouraging and dedicated! I'm new to functional training and was clueless at times, but the coaches always come to my rescue when I needed some guidance - they really keep a lookout for everyone. The gym is also well-equipped and as a beginner, I was able to easily find weights that suits me.
