★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having only just started on F45 I enjoy how you never really do the same exercise in the same session. It's so much better than just going to the gym and lifting weights which is so Boring ? it is motivating mentally as the session is relatively short so you do feel like you can push yourself. Exercises focus on a different body section or type (cardio vs resistance) so there is a lot of variety and you never get bored which is evidently most important for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing atmosphere and friendly trainers. They encourage me to push harder and but are also able to identify my limits. This makes the workouts more dynamic over and above the non-stagnant weekly schedule!
The people who come here are nice and you are bound to make some friends. The outlet space is good with all the equipment you could ask for.
