★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice place to spend an hr or 2 w/ your whole family. Fun & you can come w/ your empty water bottles & refill it there w/ hot or cold so you don't have to be carrying water on your way. Your kids will have fun & so dads & moms.

Great for kids too. My daughter trains for speed and agility. On Saturdays we train together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really great gym and fitness facility. Welcoming atmosphere, highly trained knowledgeable coaches, great equipment and excellent hygiene standards. Love the circuit and strength classes and have also benefited from personal training. Suitable for all levels. My fitness has improved and I never leave without a smile on my face! Would highly recommend ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been attending speed classes for over a year now and its absolutely great! Recently arranged for my son to have his birthday party there and the boys absolutely loved it.
Coaches were very hands on and did an excellent job setting up fun circuits and games for the kids to enjoy. Definitely a perfect way for kids to have fun, learn about teamwork and burn off some energy!
In addition, It was a nice touch that a birthday clip of the party was included and free first time session vouchers were given to the parent's of the guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for various workout types and classes from core, circuit, strength and cardio ! Really knowledgeable and experienced coaches that also understand injury management and prevention. Also birthday parties for Kids - a great way to keep 25 children active for a few hours !
