โ โ โ โ โ F45 Holland Village is jut not a gym, it is a family of amazing people supporting each other through gym sessions as well as well being. The level extends further than just the glass door each and every day. Mel and her incredible team are amazing and have nailed it.

Its not just any other gym , its an experience which not just makes you stronger but also happier .The management , trainers and fellow members all are part of this strong community which is constantly pushing you and making it all worthwhile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The atmosphere in the studio is very friendly and itโs truly team training at its best. Make sure you sign up for the trial and you will be addicted to F45 Holland village and never look back!!

โ โ โ โ โ My family has been going to this gym and raving about it, so I thought I'd give it a try too.
The difference between this gym and the rest is that the trainers are almost friends - who will push you to your best performance for 45 mins straight, while being incredibly friendly and encouraging.
The best part is, you also see results - it's almost become a byproduct of having fun!
Would recommend this to anyone.

I have gotten so much fitter, stronger and healthier since joining. No more sick days at work. The best part is the friendship that Iโve made there. My FITFAM is an important part in keeping me sane during this CB period. Canโt wait to be back in my favourite place in Singapore.
