Absolutely LOVE UBX. Such a fab way to start the day. Love the energy of the team and other members, plus the workout is always tough but great fun (well, as fun as any workout could be).

UBX is my go to venue for an invigorating workout with likeminded buddies. I love everything about UBX - the staff, the members & the team spirit of the place. I can not recommend it enough for anyone no matter your level of fitness. Expect a fun, challenging & rewarding workout surrounded by non judgemental individuals. Once you try you’ll be hooked - I certainly am!!

I was never a gym person until I joined UBX 2 years ago when it first started. I didnt even know what I'm getting myself involved in but I love the concept, decided to try it out and I have not looked back since. UBX's workouts change daily and are divided into 4 phases (Base, Strength, Power & Peak) with different focus, designed by their in-house sports scientists. It has transformed my fitness journey and elevated my fitness level. UBX has an amazing team of coaches that I cannot say enough good things about. They are professional, adaptable and versatile, each with their own unique style, particularly during padwork. And on top of all that, we also have a good laugh together. UBX has a fabulous community with fun and like-minded people and that adds to your motivation to continue working harder to hit your goals. I would recommend UBX to anyone who loves to box and wants to start their fitness campaign, no matter what level of fitness you are in. One of the best things, there are no class times! You come when your schedule allows!

UBX has changed my life. I wasn’t into exercise beyond walking and yoga, but an operation left me feeling weak and fatigued. I knew I needed something more dynamic to feel good again. I was slow getting started but now I’m in a routine I felt fitter, stronger and happier. The trainers and community have made it a welcoming experience. Highly recommend!

I used to hate going to any sort of “gyms”. But I love going to UBX, I don’t ever remember looking forward to a workout so much ? The trainers are amazing and super skilled, but they’re also kind, patient and very friendly! I’m having a really great time and I have already recommended UBX to a bunch of my friends. I’d definitely recommend checking out a trial class here - that’ll be enough to convince you ?

LOVE THIS PLACE! It helped me loose weight, gain muscle, have fun while working out, everybody is soo nice! The coaches are on top of their game, always looking after us making sure we are doing the exercises correctly and modifying the exercises if necessary. UBX even has a training app that has recipes and workouts!!! It’s a gym that has it all. It’s my happy place, I won’t ever get tired of saying it, ITS THE BEST!

Really enjoying this gym. The workouts help me with building strength and agility. Even better are the staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive to ensure that exercises are done correctly to avoid injury. If you like circuit training, boxing and looking for community this is a great place to exercise!

Awesome place to train at! Been to a few gyms but UBX stands out for its coaches, community and training! Top class facilities. Exercise changes everyday. Achieved weight loss. Health & fitness improved a lot since joining.
