โ โ โ โ โ Good experience training here. Trainers are attentive and will readily correct your form or push you if they find you slacking.
There is just this one male trainer who imposes his personal towel policy. He constantly nags about bringing your own towels. No one else, and nowhere else (hv and novena) asks you to bring your own towel. They allow you to use the tons of towels they have, which I thought was the purpose of those towels anyway.

โ โ โ โ โ F45 Training Orchard is by far, the best gym I have ever experienced! The workouts are fun and challenging, but they are definitely achievable for all levels. The trainers are very friendly and supportive towards your fitness goals. They pay close attention to your body movements and postures during the workouts, ensuring safe training at all times.

โ โ โ โ โ There is no better place than f45 orchard! The trainers are very dedicated and friendly, their immense love and passion is shown through their thorough teaching every session. The strong love shown towards every member is deeper than the ocean, higher than the sky and wider than the grass field. The accepting community of both trainers and members will definitely motivate and drive you through every session, highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Fantastic mashup of music! Coaches make an effort to remember everyoneโs name and push everyone to do their best. The community is friendly too. Thereโs showers in the studio, toilets are outside. Really enjoyed my time here, despite being a newcomer to F45. Great experience!

Thatโs how I felt training at this club as a visitor from Sydney and missing my own F45 Studio!!
F45Orchard did not disappoint!!
The coaches always gives their 100% and so itโs make me want to match that!!
At the end of the class I am glued to the floor from exhaustion but gleaming from cheek to cheek!!
I have two more days and as much as I like to train there, I am already looking forward to seeing all the friendly faces (coaches and participants).
Great place to train for all levels!!
