Totally didn’t expect this at all! Some said it’s like foodcourt quality but aside from the banchan (side dishes), the quality and quantity of the food here is amazing. I mean, the portion & taste, not bad! It’s definitely better than foodcourt quality, a notch higher than foodcourt. Though the 사장님 (boss) is fierce, you know she’s a sweet lady~ Bottomline is like 2PM sang it, “I’ll be back…” ?

Given this a 4 stars rating for its speed and service rendered. Was expecting a little more for the food quality given the hyped up reviews by our Google reviewers but was slightly disappointed. Food quality is definitely better than those served in many food courts out there but is still not up to standards compared to authentic/quality korean dishes.

Located along orchard road in between orchard plaza and plaza singapura but unless you walk along and explore or introduced to this korean gem place by friend/family/social media else I don't think you will know or come this place out of nowhere. It's not obvious on the outside and inside my fiancée says its renovated or what recently like old old kind. I told her it table is clean, food is nice, food serve fast, friendly staff and reasonable affordable price is the key. To be honest you look at the pics and compare it with those stalls at tanjong pagar? What the difference? Taste same but price one is 60-100 while here can be 15-30 for 2 pax.. taste is same. Affordable pricing for more commoners like us out here isn't it good? Happy new year 2022 everyone!

If you don't know where this is, you just have to walk along the covered walkway of Concorde Hotel and tilt your head to the left 45 degrees downwards. If you are not observant enough, you might miss this eatery as it is not very well litted. From understanding the menu items to ordering to serving, the speed will amaze you. Food was served within 5 mins from ordering with the place at 80% full. Price of food was reasonable while drinks were almost the price of food. Influenced by The Playlist, I have been looking for a Korean eatery that serves Terra ? and I final find it right here! Food is secondary for me as I had the biggest soju ?. The dishes were served pipping hot so you would be assured being served with the freshest dishes. The spicy pork was not as savoury as those served in foodcourts but it was alright. The tteok-bokki sauce was not as thick as those served in foodcourts but not diluted. The glass noodles is a must-order dish. Likewise for the Terra and Soju. ? Quick munch on the dishes and gulping the Soju ? immediately lets out a loud burp that shouts TAEBAK! Will go again but must be prepared to be sprayed with Korean parfum on your way out due to poor circulation. Service: ? ? Food: ? ? Price: ? ? (Food only) Will go again: ? ?

There were ample of seats as we had an early dinner. Potato pancake was OOS and was changed to Chive pancake. Will give it a miss next time. However, both the soups (beancurd and chicken soup) were great!

$30 for 3 mains, 1 side. Japchae taste like more like chinese dish instead of the authentic sesame oil taste. Very big portion but won’t order this again. The rest is good! Chives pancake is very worth the price. Stew comes with lot of ingredients. Stirred fried Chicken well marinated sweet and spicy. Love their kimchi bancan, spiciness and sourness just right very crunchy and saucy too. Will come back to the rest of the dishes.

Came on a Thursday, it was not that crowded and had pockets of spaces/seats available. Not my first time here, but there’s a reason I come back. The food is great and affordable! Had the Beancurd soup and Chives Pancake to share between me and my partner. Even then we did not manage to finish the Soup. It was fantastic for the price point. The soup comes with a generous portion of shrimp, clams and squid. Comes with one side dish, for which we chose the kimchi. The chives pancake was great as well, very flavourful and goes really well with the soup and rice. Comes with vinegar and soy sauce(?), which gives the pancake that kick when you eat it. Will keep coming back here. Undisputed best Korean food in the area if you’re looking for hearty pot of stew. ?

A Hidden Korean Fare Gem! There’s something about this restaurant that feels authentic. The food offering is just average but it has the quality of being home cooked. The cashier, expediter and probably kitchen staff are Koreans that shouts the orders and calls the diner when food is ready which adds to the authenticity of the mom and pop cafeteria feel. The restaurant is spacious and is clean although a bit dark and basic interiors. The service is charming! Dishes priced around $10 and the serving van be good for 2, just order for another bowl of rice ;) It can be crowded during peak lunch and dinner time. Overall a fantastic and affordable option to satisfy your Korean food craving.
