โ โ โ โ โ This is an awesome place to exercise with incredibly empowering coaches! I had never tried F45 before, and I recently moved to Singapore temporarily for work. I've always been athletic and enjoyed exercise, so I wanted to find somewhere that provided a good workout in a manageable amount of time. F45 meets all these criteria, I am certainly getting stronger, yet these classes keep challenging me day after day! To add a cherry on top, the instructors are fabulous and encouraging. I love it here, and will continue to take F45 classes upon my return back to the states!

The environment is super friendly and not intimidating even for first timer you will feel at ease at all time
Options are given for all exercises
