★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my fair share of trial classes across different gyms to find the one that is most suited for me, and I found it at F45 TJPG. Excellent location aside, it is the people that makes the place - the trainers are focused, excellent at giving precise instructions, and are able to motivate us to go further.
Plus the awesome crew from all around the world! Couldn't ask for a better home-gym!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for close to one month now and I've gotten stronger, losing weight and feeling better!! I've been trialing at a few places and decided to commit to F45 TP. The team here is amazing and the workouts are so fun. As a bonus, and the shower and toilets are top-notch! Free towels to borrow also make my gym bag so much less bulky!

Also all the community members are so much fun, diverse and inclusive. This is the best gym I’ve been a part of. Thank you!

Especially love the special events where a live DJ would be brought it, and sometimes even lucky draws! Aside from fun, I do appreciate the knowledge of all the instructors here, who are always attentive and correcting forms/postures. A big thank you to all the dedicated instructors at TP branch for such great hospitality as always~
