I did not enjoy my experience at F45. F45 is a place for me to relax and let off some steam and It isn't a very pleasant experience when there is someone constantly yelling. There is one particular trainer who constantly shrieks across the class. She stands next to you and counts your reps (quite unnecessary) while you work out. It is extremely pressuring and irritating at times because I'm unable to work out in peace. She tries to be motivating but I think it backfires and it does not value add to my workout session because I do not feel motivated at all. In fact, I don't particularly enjoy classes when this particular trainer is present. Perhaps, a suggestion is for her to adopt the way other trainer's motivate and take the class. Other than that, I think the facilities and the exercises are great

Great studio. Equipment is newer than another F45 I’ve been going to. Trainers are attentive and encouraging. They modified a number of exercises to make it more challenging or easier depending on what I could or could not do. I’ve been at a different F45 studio where the trainers were constantly texting on their phones and just calling out the number of seconds left, or filling up spray bottles. Here, the trainers constantly move around to check people’s form or to cheer them on. I also like how they’re good at knowing how much and how far to push based on your performance. People here are also a nice crew. We’ve had impromptu karaoke a few times when Journey came on... ? Takes the mind off the burning muscles!

Just finished my 2 weeks trial here and decided to continue with my journey with them. All of the trainers are very friendly and they keep you motivated and going. Prior to joining, I was really unhealthy (lifestyle-wise) and never really sticked to an exercise regime. I was really unfit when I first joined (still am) but they don’t force you to do reps but motivate you to try your best. They try to understand your situation and If you need a rest, they’ll let you take a break. I really appreciate all the help I’ve gotten thus far from F45 Sunset Way, Thank you Sharon, Anders for all your guidance, be it on my exercise posture or sharing your experiences with me. Love this place! ?
