The sale mall that is at the counter is really helpful toward the customer when I enquire about the warranty of the wallet and ask for recommendation of what type of wallet will last longer in the long run ???

I would like to commend Ms Vidthiya from The Wallet Shop at Marina Square for going the extra mile to assist us on 2 different occasions. First account, she helped to check a couple of outlets regarding the particular bag (Bellroy Sling Venture 6L Tan) that my husband wanted. She even informed her colleague (Northpoint) to reserve it for us. Today, we went to both Wallet Shop to purchase a water bottle (Kinto) which Ms Vidthiya helped to coordinate and reserved for us to collect at Boarding Gate Bugis. On a side note, we went to Planet traveller first to search for a coin pouch and the said bottle but the Planet traveller staff was not helpful at all. The salesperson did not assist us when we asked if they have any new stocks at other outlets. So we went down to Wallet shop and asked Ms Vidthiya which she gladly assisted us. Thank you Ms Vidthiya for your genuine effort! We really appreciate your help!! And also the staff at Boarding Gate Bugis and The Wallet Shop Northpoint for being for making our shopping experience a pleasant one.

Great selection of bag types, wallets, totes, sleeves, and other carriers from several brands such as Jansport, Thule and Bellroy. And the salesperson Vidya was super sweet and helpful, knew the specs of the bags I was comparing, explained the perks of the membership and warranty details, and even gave amazingly specific directions to the train.
