Well, it's pricey. But has a long established brand reputation. There will always be an after sales pitch after every service rendered. Which I feel can be quite pushy at times. They do provide some drink refreshments before and after service. But I must say their appointments are very flexible. Maybe I will change my rating once I visit other brands.

I recently purchased their Fave voucher for full leg waxing x 2 sessions and was totally satisfied. The lady who waxed my legs used generous portion of wax to apply my whole legs, and the treatment was so careful and soft. Not painful at all, and post-waxing treatment was also superb. She applied lotion and oil to the waxed legs throughly. No hard selling after I turned down their IPL package at the counter. Just wish they had 3 - 5 sessions of waxing at Fave....

Relaxing and Rejuvenating! Was recommended by a Friend to come and was definitely apprehensive at first. Most facial shops I have been to often left me with an impression of a rush job and pushy selling. Not at fabulous aesthetics. I was greeted with a warm cup of tea that was refillable at the point of my arrival and proceeded into a clean and pleasant smelling room to undergo the treatments. Told them I have been dealing with awful stints of breakouts during the time of the month so they recommended me the thermo-cooling treatment which was currently on promotion. Hesitantly I went ahead with the treatment and had no regrets after. My skin was left silky smooth and moisturised and all my inflammation of my acne was gone. Went home to monitor its condition for the next few days and was pleasantly surprised to see my skin getting better and still in that pristine condition as I had just left!! Will definitely be coming back for more and am sure to bring all my friends ???????

Tried their boyzilian waxing after being offered a promotion on Facebook. Very nice place with nice ambience. However the therapist wasn’t very detailed and missed out a few strands of hair. After the session, there were bits of wax left that I had to clean myself. Wasn’t informed that I had to have a minimum hair length too and unfortunately shaved a few days prior to coming. Overall satisfied experience but could be better.

First time trying out Boyzillian Waxing at Fabulous Aesthetics at The Bencoolen. I was greeted by the clinic manager, Christebelle who was very friendly and helpful with questions and queries from someone who have never tried anything like that before. After gathering some personal info and explaining the procedure, I was led into a room and was greeted by my therapist, Jessica. Her skills were impeccable and my overall pain level was a 3-4/10 during the waxing. The most painful part was the groin area maybe because my skin was quite delicate. Jessica was very receptive and informational about waxing and she had a lot of my queries and doubts explained regarding after care. Overall, a very enjoyable (with a bit of pain though, but that's acceptable and expected!) experience for guys out there who wanted to try for the very first time. The only improvement could be done here is to have a shower facility that ensure customers get to wash and clean their body before the procedure to give customers a 100% hygiene feel. Staff will not hard sell if you insist on trying out for the first time but I seriously recommended you to try their packages, it's worth it! Thanks Christebelle and Jessica! P.S. Is this company still open? I’ve been trying to message for months as I have a package left for treatments that I paid a couple of thousand for! Have they gone out of business as nobody is returning my calls or messages! Would advise against investing money for a package because you’ll end up losing your money.

Very upset and disappointed with their service. Bought a package for Ipl years ago and wasn’t told there is an expiry. Staff did not mention to me during my last visit 1 year plus back. Due to COVID I did not visit their place for the past year. When I called for an appointment recently to check on my package, staff confirmed I have 2 sessions and proceeded to book my appointment. On the appointment day when I am on the way to the clinic, I called the staff to inform I will be slightly late. Staff told me I did not book an appointment and my package has expired. When I arrive at their place to confirm, they asked me to email their management as they could not do anything for my case. Disappointed, I left. I emailed the management and customer service but there was no response for the past 2 weeks. Very bad communication and there wasn’t even an effort for service recovery. Don’t waste your money here, totally not worth
