Amazing bread. Really soft and fresh. The breads with the spread are good too, but might be a bit too sweet for some. Otherwise, the bake quality and the price is simply superb.

Went to try the egg tarts after reading the review here. The egg tarts were smaller in size than those in bakeries, but for the price, it's okay. The crust was crunchy, so flaky and oily, almost felt like it had been deep fried in oil. After eating, my fingers were gleaming with a coating of oil. The filling has a curddled look, not appealing in sight. The custard (or shall I say, the curd) is not too sweet. Chicken cheese tart is a tasty chicken pie. Cheese tart filling is generous with a hint of tanginess but crust is actually cake. Will I buy again? Egg tart - No Chicken tart - Yes Cheese tart - Yes (for the filling)

Wow! I just passed by this little shop and saw people waiting for bread? Really? I made a u-turn and bought some fresh out of the oven Portuguese egg tarts! During my 30mins trip home, i am distracted by the fragrance from the egg tarts. By the time I got home the egg tarts are surprisingly flaky, crispy and not that sweet. Really the best egg tarts!

Bought two portuguese tarts @$1.20 each and one cheese tart @$1.60 to try. It was raining and the tarts turned cold when I reached my hotel. However, the portuguese tarts still tasted crispy and were delicious, the custard was soft and had just the right amount of filling. The cheese tart was creamy and delicious, but the crust tasted like bread. More can be done to improve on the crust for the cheese tart. If heated up, the tarts will taste even better.

Was drawn to the aroma of these freshly baked egg tarts from afar and decided to get them! Absolutely heavenly. Crust was flaky and custard was smooth and creamy. Staff was so generous to give me additional 2 for free too! :) There’s a slight price increase and it’s 6 for $6.30 (iirc) now but still 10/10 would return!!
