Staff explained to me in detail the methodological approach FOM uses to help treat my face. Everything was evidence-based and cost effective. Coupled with oral therapy from my own dermatologist, FOM treatment accelerated the recovery process and I could see results after each session. In addition, really kind and patient staffs. Will definitely recommend to my friends ?

I’m having ache problem after this pandemic due to wear mask. The staff Lisa professionally handle my treatment. My ache problem improved. She won’t force you to sign a package and it’s all depend on your own budget.

Have been Face of Man for more than 3 years now, it's only recently Google popped out on my phone to leave a review here. Would like to compliment Face of Man Facial (Roxy) for the superb services they provide. My first visit was 3 years ago and Shirley did a very detailed introduction to me on my skin conditions and the package available. The experience is nice as there are no "hard-selling" / "pushy sales", like other facial treatment center. She only recommend the necessary package. I have mild eczema previously and there is dark spot scar leave behind, and over the years, i saw very big improvement. My scars are hardly visible now. Besides, i have some acne problem every now and then, but after my monthly maintenance with FOM, there are hardly any acne breakout/blemished skin. Friends seeing my glowing/smoother face, would ask what have i did to my face and i would merely replied "oh, there is nothing, just some healthier eating and consumes more fruits. Lol..."Just not to let them know that i went for facial treatment. But back to reality, i would say guys need to take care of their skin as well. Sometime, i will just have a relaxed rest during the whole treatment session and wake up afresh after the session. It's a pleasant experience. Would greatly recommend the place, and will continue to have my facial monthly maintenance at FOM. Kudos!

Updated to 3*** because the treatment itself was actually good and I see positive results. Walked in as a first time customer without prior experience. Asked for some guidance and was confronted with terms that meant nothing to me: extraction, microderma-something... I asked for a basic treatment for an hour without specifying exactly what I’d want. Treatment started and I asked how much it would be. $300! I said that’s far beyond my range. Was asked for my budget. Settled on a basic treatment for $110 after deflecting some promotions sales and trying to sell me packages. Instead of a relaxing experience, I felt like I had to be on constant haggling mode. No I don’t want this. No I don’t want a 12x package. No event not when it’s cheaper. To be fair: Treatment itself ended up being nice and the Therapist listened to my concerns and didn’t force me to buy anything. But man - this could have been so much better and more relaxing if it wasn’t for the pushy upselling that continued as I made payment at the end.
