This is the worst hair salon I’ve ever been.2 fat female staff were talking so loudly tru out. E girl who served me was really rude . Asked if I made appointment when I went in , gave uncalled for remarks . Eg- Asked what colour I wanted , then disappeared, when told her something similar to my current hair colour, said it can’t cover my grey hair if I chose that.After I said use darker colour she just mix a colour to apply on my hair without telling / showing me what colour was it.Asked if I coloured my hair myself twice when she washed my hair , commented my hair very little etc. Worst was kept asking me to stay in e position convenient for her to cut my hair. E colour was accidentally spat on my face ( 5/6 spots) and she roughly wiped it with wet towel after it dried up and it’s e first time I left salon with marks on my face. When I asked to pay with CDC Vouchers, e girl asked her colleague to talk to me and said don’t know what’s that. I was not allowed to use that as e boss/ person in charge was not around. I could not even pay with credit card , only choice was NETS. Felt cheated and insulted . Never been so angry and frustrated in a Salon. Service really sucks.Will never go back again.
