★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to them with a negative covid test and they did not let me go for a facial. Though according to the government I am allowed to come. Kept on saying some nonsense about them trying to stop the transmission (how do I transmit anything with a negative test???)
Said this is their COMPANY POLICY that has nothing to do with the government rules. So they just invent new rules now.
I find it really discriminative. Next time they will deny me on the basis of my age, gender or hair color.
Overall, were very rude and could not explain themselves, ignoring my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my eyelashes extension done here and was assisted by Xiang Wei. She was so professional and very gentle all throughout the process. It feels very light compared to other places I've been to. Will definitely be back in this place :) Recommended!

This is the first time I have done eyebrow embroidery and I love it! Saw my friend’s brows and they are beautiful so asked where she have done it. The staff were very friendly and the therapist who have done the embroidery is called Iris. She is very professional and ensure I am comfortable with the shape that she is doing. Her skills is good and I am happy with the result. :)

First session was good. Second session I declined to upgrade my package, they do only 5-6 shots. If u go other places they’ll zap for at least 10min. At this place the whole session over in less than 30 seconds. Sorely disappointed. Giving 2 stars for good service attitude, otherwise really not worth the trip down.

Her services was so good, no hard selling whatsoever, and can understand one’s mood! Her service is seriously top-notch, I’d recommend her!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why there’s 1 star reviews and I was honestly quite concerned but I was left super confused because their service deserves a total 5 star!!
I did my lash with Carine and she was so professional, meticulous and sweet! Totally no hard selling. I even had to ask if I can top up for anything.
Then my package came with eyebrow shaping. In other salons I was done in 1 minute but Iris really took such great care and details balancing and shaping my brows..
For the fave package I bought, they both delivered way more value than I paid! Super duper impressed and recommend!

But during the session, they really pushed to upsell so hard otherwise results will not be nice.
How can they say in the middle of the session? Totally paid so much $$$.

They had a warm welcome also when I arrive in there place.I can really see results in my face when I did the facial there. I really like also the environment. Overall I will rate 10/10.
