I am really happy with the outcome and will go back for Keratin treatment as suggested by Preston to improve my hair condition. Absolutely no hard sell, not pushy whatsoever! I feel comfortable and trust his professional advice! All the staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommended!!!

I'm not very particular with my hair and absolutely have no idea what I want, so I just let Preston to decide whatever works best for me, "can I leave it to you?", he is very professional, came up a suggestion within 5 mins, and mentioned that this is low maintenance, I will say he is so considerate, well, low maintenance is very important to me since I am a super lazy person ??, I'm happy with the result that I got and my friends love my new style too, said they would like to try next time. Besides the excellent technique, I was given a good scalp and neck massage as well. After the highlight, color and haircut done, Preston gave me an inspiration by demonstrate how to achieve another look from straight hair to a fancy curly style. I am happy with my experience.

It was my first time to get highlights so wasn’t sure what I wanted but showed him a picture and Preston understood what I was looking for and it turned out great. Definitely recommend him to do highlights. Thank you!

I was worried the curls would be too curly on me but i am very happy with how it turned out! The staffs were also very friendly and made my first trip here a very comfortable one! I definitely had a pleasent experience here, thank you!

Their service was impeccable and I really enjoyed my experience thanks to their friendliness and professionalism. It began with Grace's swift scheduling(past operating hours) of my last minute appointment which I really appreciated. Followed by the receptionist's warm greeting who was attentive to my needs throughout. Lili was my hairstylist and did a fantastic job trimming my hair getting it layered and ready for my upcoming wedding. She also managed to give me beautiful curls just by blow drying my hair. It was my first time seeing myself in curls and I absolutely loved how it turned out, will definitely consider going back to perm them! She also gave one of the best neck and shoulder massage ?? It was lovely meeting Grace in person who has a great energy about her. Huge thanks to the Miin Team for taking such good care of me! ?

The stylists were not only professional but friendly too! It was our first trip to the salon in a long time and the warm service made us feel less nervous and welcomed.
