★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally well stocked with fresh produce. Numerous aisle for your daily grocery shopping needs. There is also a fresh cut fruit corner. Numerous self checkout counters for you to use instead of waiting in line.
Typical size for a neighbourhood branch, although it has much more fresh fruits and vegetables than your ordinary neighbourhood store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a packet of 5kg rice using self checkout machine at Holland Dr. Transaction deducted from my Nets card. But the machines did not print receipt. Spoke to Branch Manager Ms Vani. She insisted that it's my bank problem even thou I show her the transaction have been successfully deducted from my bank account. As such, I am not allow to bring out the items that I have purchase from NTUC fairprice.
She say this is not the first time. Always happened and we have to check with bank. Call POSB n was told transaction is successfully paid to Fair price. This manager is not qualify to be Manager. She refuse to listen to customer problem n insist she is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly well stocked for a small branch. Cramped with all types of goods. Carpark may be an issue if you drive. Park at the large open air carpark diagonally opposite.

Moreover, limited stocks to purchase. Very inconvenience. Need to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This NTUC is average size, but most of the things can get it here. And is 24hours. Especially after 830pm, this place is very nice to shop and buy daily needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced fruits & veggies with limited options for other products & produce. I can get much cheaper & better quality fruits & veggies from other ntuc outlets. Bought some packets of brown rice there & realised later that they were infested with rice weevils. Is a real disgrace & joke for them to call themselves Ntuc finest!!

Initiatives can be implemented only when there is creativity.
Recently, on media it reported that shopping trolleys get misplaced or stolen .
Payment queuing are long & delays in transactions too.
Having some trolleys only for internal use with such gadgets for efficiency can be useful.
Anyway NTUC fairprice, a corporation which has transformed over ? years
