★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been attending marine parade central studio for a while. Favourite instructor is definitely Alina. Do not judge her by her small petite size and fierce look. I have tried all the instructors to find the most suitable one and of all the different instructors and classes I have attended, Alina is one of the most skilled and experienced. She corrects my posture and ensures I do the exercises correctly. It's always a work out after every class and my body will ache in the correct places. I hardly have any back aches or pains in the body now. Another instructor is also Susan (I think) but she has very few classes.
