J	J Kwek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience as several people, I was turned away as I was unable to produce a panel card/e-card. Tried to explain to the counter that I was willing to pay as a private walk in patient as I was in pain, but was refused and they told me to go to clinics at tpy central. To no fault of theirs, understand this policy was put in place by the owner, but it is mind boggling that I am unable to see a doctor whilst sick simply by virtue of not being given a panel card which is beyond my control.
L	Lian Heng Chew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor experience encountered. Doc J had a heck care attitude and show frustration when enquiring on my illness. It was a hush hush consultation with no empathy. He used to be a good doc and i have visited the clinic for more than 10 years. After this daunting experience, i will not visit the clinic again. Totally disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Medicine charges are high , consultation charges are high even after using my chas card Attitude of doc is very bad...
N	Nway Nway Let on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tdy me and my two friends visit there. They just asked ‘’ is this first time? then take our IC‘’ They nvr ask abt insurance. When we make payment, we show our insurance. They say cannot use and their system cannot chg because they said we nvr answer abt insurance when they ask. We always visit other clinic, no need to show just give the certain amt. In this clinic actually, they nvr ask. We all three not hear. Our insurance can cover this clinic. BTW doctor is nice.
A	Alan Cheng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged for a PCR test for pre departure for overseas travel. Showed up at clinic and staff told me that doctor does not endorse any forms . I needed an additional PCR test endorsement (which is written in english) for entry into Japan. Doctor didnt even bother to look at said form and told me no endorsements even if i paid a consultation fee. After i left the clinic, nurse called me to head back to show them the form again. I decided to go to another clinic by then. More expensive PCR test than other clinics. I do not recommend this place at all.
C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay nearby. Went to this clinic years ago. Stop going coz their fees sky rocketed so high. No more subsidy for covid. No choice but have to go since its the nearest to my house, since tested for +ve and need to get MC. The fees is $60. Please check fees before seeing doctor. Should have gone to the other clinic instead. Just cut my throat for a $60 MC. :(
T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse was very efficient despite large crowd of covid patient. Doctor was empathetic and friendly. Been here 3 times in the last 3 months and I was always dispensed the appropriate medications. Note that if you have covid symptoms, you will be requested to wait outside (with chairs). Please be patient if there’s a long queue, healthcare professionals are still people too. #bekind
l	lim jin pin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told the doctor I have fever which I recorded at home with the mouth thermometer 39.1 However, the clinic uses the thermoscanner (Safe-Entry kind) and the reading was 36.8 I asked if there’s the ear one available and they said no because it’s unhygienic. Thing is, as a clinic you should know and use the most accurate tool to assess your patient to give a proper diagnosis. Plus, the ear thermometer is equipped with the disposable plastic cap which I would think keeps it relatively hygienic. Moreover, I tried to ask for a longer MC duration because I do need to rest and they said “If you still feel unwell, do visit us again”. Clearly, the objective is to charge patients with another consultation fee. I live about 5mins walk away but honestly, this clinic is not worth the close proximity. If you too live nearby, I’d suggest you to travel a bit to a more reliable clinic/polyclinic
j	juan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always had a very good experience with Dr Jeremy. This time I went to Dr Jeremy for check-up. He spoke to me so rudely, no compassion at all. His attitude was so terrible. Just the way he spoke to me rudely ruined all my previous positive experience at this clinic. I will never come to this clinic anymore. I rather go to the Polyclinic instead. Just thinking about this really burns me up. Make me so bloody angry. At least the 2 front desk ladies are very nice. 1 star for them.
