The clinic is conveniently located just outside Braddell MRT Exit A. They accept most of the insurances available by different employers and insurers. The only drawback is that waiting at the clinic can get really long at times (up to 2 hours). Dr. Tan Eng is the best doctor I've visited in my experience (even compared to some doctors in private hospitals). He is very experienced and also works as a professor. I would prefer to come here for health checkups even if I stay far away.

Staff were unhelpful. Didn't know that for a pre departure pcr test i needed to make an appt and submit documents 5 days in advance. Wasn't stated in the MOM list that appts were needed. Recommend ATA medical at Anson. Staff were polite and helpful. The squeezed me in without an appt.

The most expensive GP check up I've had. Went in due to sore throat and cough but tested negative on ART. Had to pay $49 for consultation alone plus meds and totalled to $71. Normally consultation would only be $20-25 in other clinics.

Understand if missed the number need to wait again, if cannot take in the patient anymore just let the patient know, I have been waiting there for another 1 hour and they said they forgot about me and thought I’ve actually done but Im just standing outside the clinic as they do not let me wait inside.

Too Expensive. I have chas blue card and the doctor refuse to discount. So there is no point of having the chas card. Having cough and phlegm problem. $108 is too much. There is a reason why i have blue chas card. This is too over price

If there’s ZERO star I will give it to those front desk aunty who working there especially the one who always handling registration. Very bad service, sick ppl who go to GP to get treatment but need to deal with their rudeness, unfriendliness, the way they talk is so offending. Waiting time is so unreasonably long. Even though you came earlier than those who had an appointment you will need to wait for more than an hour, the most upsetting part was those with appointment one was late, there’s no cut off time one meh. Something wrong with the registration system or with the staff arrangement!
