★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. My son went in to have a look an took a couple of games on hands to choose. The boss asked him if he is going to buy or not and took the games from him and put back into shelves.
I was there and witnessed it. Lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad service!! I told the sales staff the price of Minecraft can be bought online at USD29.99 but you are selling at ~$60. I can hear the boss saying this is not the US. I walked away immediately...terrible service! They should relocate to Sim Lim Square or maybe that was where they came from???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible attitude. Overheard them saying in dialect "always come to our store but don't end up buying anything". Firstly, we had the intention to purchase something from your store before but you didn't have stock. Secondly, your prices are generally higher than other game stores and you do not display the price on your items. The customers have to ask your staff in store. Lastly, if you're so unhappy about people entering your store and not ending up making purchases maybe put a sign that says "enter only if you're buying"?

I bought an Otomate game from this store, and received a very condescending look from the seller as I was paying for my purchase.
And to add insult to this, he stated , “ so, you girls like this kind of games.” In a very, very , humiliating tone.
I hate this.
I am a female game player and I play whatever game I like and I buy whatever game I like.
My life and my decision is not for you to judge.
And kindly explain what exactly do you mean “ Girls like this kind of game .”
What kind of game should or should not a girl like then? You think you are GOD or something and has the right to judge others?
Kindly refrain from this sort of misogynist behaviour in the future.
