Went around 9pm and it’s empty. Got my food within 10min I guess. Burger was good, I ordered 2 patties. And also I ordered root beer with ice cream. As u can see from the pic, it’s like 3/4 full. Is it normal? I’m fine with it anyway.

Sambal mayo chicken shack was really good - must try! Nice spicy kick, chicken was juicy and tender, crispy on the outside. Only wish there’s more options for beer

I love how simple and tasty the burger is with very basic ingredients such as lettuce, tomato, cheese, patty. The Shack Stack was definitely a star that I highly recommend. Definitely a good place to go for people who prefer basic simple burgers like me. If you prefer a messier experience (aka more filling choices), go for Five Guys.

The food is ok. The restaurant was not crowded at all. Ordering via the terminal for take away meal was smooth and manageable. Waiting for collection required patience as it took quite a while before the buzzer called.

The food is the same as every other Shake Shack. It’s also a large venue with ample seating. So why two stars? Because the service is mediocre and I find them to be quite slow most of the time. If you don’t go at an off hour, you’re likely to have quite a wait even if the restaurant looks relatively empty. I get the sense that this outlet is used heavily for preparation of delivery orders. I don’t like being forced to use the order kiosks instead of just ordering at the registers that seem to go unused nearly all time. They only have two kiosks (compare this to the Orchard outlet, which is significantly smaller but has twice as many), the process is inefficient because it creates longer queues, and someone always manages to get confused. The kiosks should be there for those who wish to use them but they shouldn’t be required. All that aside, a few general comments on the food. I find Shake Shack is something that I get a craving for now and again. I like the Martin’s potato roll buns they use because I grew up with them and they’re tasty. I like the fresh lettuce and tomato on the burgers, though the find the burgers on the salty side and the umami can be a little overwhelming. Their fries were always mediocre. I like the addition of the chicken nuggets but the breading is a bit heavy and tends to fall off easily. Finally, I’d say avoid their specials. They’re rarely, if ever, better than the regular menu items.

Spacious, many tables and well spaced apart. You scan your trace together and then order via the self order kiosks which are very easy to use, including collecting a pager to alert you when your order is ready. Food is same as any other Shake Shack outlet, good but expensive. We tried the Shroom burger for the first time which is a big portobello mushroom (I think) stuffed with cheese and fried with some batter to make it look like a patty. Watch out for the hot cheese inside when you take a bite. It’s very good, but for $11.50, just get a regular burger is more worth it.

Great place for burger sandwiches with American and Singaporean flavors (depends on any ongoing promotions). For a burger and shake, this may be the most worth it restaurant chain in Singapore. --- Food and beverage: 5 out of 5 Service: 5 out of 5 Ambience: 4 out of 5 Location: 5 out of 5 Pricing for burgers: 4 out 5

Great Tasting Burger As Always! Despite the burger itself being a bit too tiny compared to other burgers at the same price point, the taste definitely sets shake shack apart. The beef patty is chunky, juicy and tastes superb and with that fluffy bun.. its perfection! This outlet is huge with a ton of seats. The tables though aren’t clean when we dined. I had to get a bunch of tissue and wipe the table myself which kinda sucks. I think they really need to improve on this even if everything is self service. Im not a fan of their overpriced fries and shakes but I love their beers! If you are craving for a fast casual gourmet burger (or 2 cause one might not be enough) shake shack is a fantastic option.
